Refunds

For users in other jurisdictions: The laws of Bangladesh, to the extent they do not conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

International Arbitration

For users outside the European Union, you and GPA Calculator Plus agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services may be resolved through binding arbitration as an alternative to litigation:

Arbitration Procedures:

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) or another internationally recognized arbitration body
The arbitration will take place in a neutral location mutually agreed upon, or via online arbitration platform
The language of arbitration shall be English
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and GPA Calculator Plus individually. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@gpacalculatorplus.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your right to rely on mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may:

No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and GPA Calculator Plus as a result of these Terms or your use of our Services. You do not have any authority to bind GPA Calculator Plus in any respect.

No Professional Advice

Our Services do not constitute professional academic advising, educational counseling, or career guidance. Do not make important academic, career, or educational decisions based solely on calculations from our Services without consulting with your academic advisors, registrar’s office, career counselors, or other appropriate institutional officials or professional advisors.

Export and Sanctions Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations, including those of the United States, the European Union, the United Nations, and other relevant jurisdictions. You represent that you are not:
